The personal information provided on the registration page is processed by the French Tennis Federation (the "FFT") in its capacity as controller, whose registered office is Stade Roland-Garros - 2, avenue Gordon-Bennett - 75016 Paris (Tel.: 01 47 43 48 00 - E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org).

We will only process or use your personal data for the purpose of creating and managing your registration and participation in the Roland-Garros eSeries by BNP Paribas.
The processing of your personal data is carried out by the FFT on the following legal basis: obtaining your consent.
Your personal information is kept for a period of five (5) years (3 years on an active basis and 2 years on an intermediate archive basis) effective from the date of collection, unless (i) you exercise your right to delete your personal data under the conditions described below, or (ii) a longer retention period is authorised or imposed by law or regulation.
During this period, we take all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data in order to prevent damage, deletion or unauthorised access by third parties.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized persons of the FFT and our subcontractor (Octagon, 79-81 rue Baudin, 92300 Levallois-Perret). This subcontractor is subject to a confidentiality obligation and may only use your data in accordance with its contractual provisions with the FFT and applicable legislation. Except as set out above, we will not sell, rent, lease, transfer or allow third parties to access your data without your prior consent, unless required to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence, etc.).
In accordance with the "Data Protection Act" of 6 January 1978 as amended and European Regulation No 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, carry and delete your data. You may also request that the processing of your personal data be limited. Finally, you may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by making a request to the FFT Data Protection Officer. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data based on your consent, which took place before the withdrawal of your consent.
